CSI's quality system is built around a framework of ISO/TS16949:2002 and all customer specific quality requirements in the automotive industry.

Our goal is to be the supplier of choice and a leader in the industry for all markets that we serve. We strive to continually improve our products and services using proven management tools.

ISO/TS 16949

CSI's quality management system includes research, design and manufacturing of catalytic products for commercial and industrial applications.

CSI's Quality Policy:
Catalytic Solutions, Incorporated (CSI) is dedicated to continually improving its Quality Management System that is based on instilling and promoting a passion for Continuous Improvement and Customer Satisfaction throughout the organization.

CSI will achieve this by:

		Developing and maintaining it's corporate-wide Quality Management System through ISO/TS 16949 and ISO9001:2000 registrations.
		Upholding a corporate environment that strives towards zero defects in all that we do.
		Complying with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements in meeting its business objectives.

The Quality Policy is understood, supported, and embraced by all CSI employees.

ISO 14001

CSI's Safety and Environmental Policy:
CSI is dedicated to providing a safe workplace for its employees and being an environmentally responsible corporate citizen in the local and global community.

In furtherance of this goal, CSI will endeavor to instill throughout its' organization a commitment to safety and environmental protection.

This goal is achieved through developing and maintaining corporate-wide Health & Safety programs and a systematic Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001.

The company objectives are:

		Preventing and reducing pollution as an integral part of CSI's operations and product designs;
		Developing products and processes with full consideration of heath and safety impacts;
		Making a corporate commitment to continual improvement through a systematic approach that manages the relationships between CSI, its environment, and health and safety of its employees;
		Seeking out hazardous information and communicating to employees in order to reduce or eliminate potential hazards;
		Setting up training and education programs to ensure employees are informed about their safety and environmental responsibilities as well as foster safe and environmentally responsible behavior on and off their jobs;
		Ensuring that CSI and each of its' employees comply with all relevant safety and environmental laws and regulations.

Implementation of CSI's Safety and Environmental Policy and compliance to CSI procedures and programs shall be the responsibility of all employees working for or on behalf of the organization.
